1) share this link to your victim http://m.facebook.com/upload.php
2) ask him / her to take the email in the email in the site

3) go to your yahoo / gmail / others and compose a new mail

4) put the email that your victim sent to you and put the email at "TO"
5) put any status that you want to put

6) click sent
7) now go see their status ! ! !
